Does anyone know if the 3 spd column shifter for a 1957 pickup is the same as the AD series? They look the same, just not positive they are. Thanks, Howard
The only difference may be in the length. You could mount the selector box with the lower shaft and splined coupler and then measure the distance to the upper socket mount holes. I would think GM would leave this the same, to save a few pennies, and just have any difference in length in the upper shaft. A hacksaw and welder can solve the length problem.
