Hello, I need to know, does the classic parts dot com "transmission gasket kit" cover all transmissions that are 3 speed ? Have any of you ever had an oily/leaky tranny ? Is it easy to rebuild a tranny ? What about resealing a tranny ? Please help.
I havent rebuilt one myself, but you have so many parts in a transmission if you havent done it before its best to take it to someone who knows what they are doing or buy one out of the salvage yard,I had a 350 turbo transmission go out on me about 2 years ago never took one out myself till then good thing I had just the right tools .I also had help to my Wife & Son,transmissions are not light,I just went back with 350 turbo.
