has anyone completed a carburetor to EFI of MPFI with positive results. I am looking into some type of electronic conversion. I notice the FAST system and the edebrock as well as Performance Products. I know they are not cheap but just wondering, the true results truckers have had.

yes , ALL of them are better than carbys as fuel injection meters the fuel better , this instantly gives you more power , better fuel economy and longer engine life as well as easir starting hot or cold .

The best systems will have one injector per intake port , the worst will have spitters in the carby , like TBI and other 1/2 a$$ed bean counter solutions .

    Also MSD

Looks like MDS has a EFI unit with more applications and ease of instalation, I don;t think I will go with the full MPFI, for cost and requirements, even throu edebrock makes on for the older non LS block. (over $4K). Don't want to do all that.

Looks like the MDS is simple, and has great support and informational instructions, with solfware support for the ECU

I purchased the FAST EFI system but I have not installed it. I do have a friend that put the same system on his engine and loves it.
