350 to SM420

Well it’s been over a year since my last post and NOTHING has been done with my truck!
I have a 66 C10 with an I6 and a 4spd MT (I think it’s a SM420).
The I6 runs, but the rings are bad and the rear main is leaking.

So here’s my question, will a 350 and a SM420 bolt up?
