4 speed Trans. part needed

I have a '48 1/2 ton 4 speed W/closed driveline. The other night my U-joint went out and broke the housing its in. The part I need is the housing. It bolts to the back of the trans w/6 bolts. I'm hoping to find this without buying another trans. Obviously, I also need a u-joint. Thanks, KC in NC

Are you still looking for parts for your trans/ torque tube?
I am in the process of converting to open driveline, and still have
the old parts. I'm not sure how to tell the condition, other than they were working fine when I parked the truck to convert it. The only problem may be the distance, I'm in Sacramento Ca..........................Mike.
