hey, I have a 54' 3100 and I'm new to rebuilding trucks and i was just wondering what is needed to swap out my straight6 with a 350sb. and can it bolt right up to the stock 3-spd

Hi,,
I'm still a newbie at this also, but have made this swap into my 54..I have found that if you redo one thing like the motor, then it leads to another..such as brake system, transmission, etc..I also swaped out the straight front end with a mustang II kit..Only recommendation is have a deep pocket book.
