I have a 56 1/2 ton with the ever popular 4:11, six lug. What are my realistic choice to improve and get a better ratio? I know I can swap out the whole rear end but is there anything I can get to swap the ring and pinion set?
Actually, the rearends were 3.90- most of the parts suppliers offer a 3.55 or 3.38 conversion gears, but expect to pay over $300...Kevin
