I would like to beef up the performance in my 1959 Long Bed Step Side straight six 235. I have seen the fenton split headers and fenton dual intake on our sponsors website. Before I buy I would like some comments form other folks that are using these products. I am also open to other ideas (keep inmind, I would like to keep this truck looking pretty stock).
The Fenton stuff has been around for years and is tried and true. Once the carbs and timing have been dialed-in you should see a nice improvement in performance. While the fenton setup is not close to "looking" stock, it IS period correct and should not offend any resto-snobs that may take a peek under the hood.. Actually, I like the way it looks !! dv
isky makes cams for literaly every motor ever made........ i have also seen l6 with 3x single and 2bbl carbs that were indavidualy mounted to teh head instead of one big intake.
