Looking for a windshield. Curved style.
Anyone know where to get a good deal around long beach, Ca?
Or does anyone know a good place that can ship. Then I'll also need install.

I'm so frustrated.. 2 weeks looking for some damn glass.. Urgh.

You're in luck!! http://www.truckandcarshop.com/6072.html The truck and car shop in Orange Ca. is located in your back yard. I think the windshields are about 300.00 and it cost about 200.00 to install because of the size of the glass it's a 3 man job....Big Tim

Big Tim- actually, I just went over there last week.. They don't make the windshield for my year. Plus, 500 for a windshield is pretty expensive to me.. Lol

In my area, several of the auto glass installers will furnish and install the windshield for the '60-'63 and 4-5-6 Chevy trucks for less than $300.00, out the door. The aftermarket truck parts suppliers resell the glass provided by the manufacturer, at a high mark-up, so try the glass shops. Many of them will provide mobile service, at your location. Good luck and keep the faith.

That's funny cause if you look in the catalog on the link I sent you it shows it on page 58 part # 6007904 and 6007905 tinted and tinted and shaded for 299.00 and 339.00. And your right about the price being high but unless you can get lucky like I did and find one in perfect condition for nothing then you're gonna be stuck with the bill.....Big Tim
