I found a 62 4x4 big back window truck over my christmas/ new years braek that i'm going to try and get. no one was home when i found it so i'll be going back to see it the wasn to get rid of it. just though i let you all know about what i found. Do and of you know how many 4x4 they made between 60 and 66? thanks Cowboy
to your question i don't how many were made but in all the years ive bought chevy truck books ive only seen one,so it sounds like you found a gem if you dont buy it somone els will good luck and have fun. oldtin!
Well it looks like i won't be able to get the truck. I talked to a person at the house and they said it was not for sale. But i did get a 1969 Chevy 1/2 4x4. Cowboy
sory you didn't get 62,mabey they now what they have for a truck,or it's been in the family for a log time.but you got a 69 4x4 it's than a kick in the ass with a frozen boot! my opion is ther's no fealing like running down the road in a old restoard pick-up. the looks you get, and people they come right out of the blue and ask you about it. well looks like you got another sweat deal, luck of the irish. i'am from manitoba canada and trucks like that are hard find they've been scraped or just lost. whay recycle them when you can restore them! good luck and have fun with your new project oldtin.
