What is the best way to replace the felt in the division bar(between the side window glass and the vent window) on 64-66 pickups? I'm looking at two different options. One is to re-line the the channels that I have now (looks like lots of work). The other is to buy channels that are already lined but don't have any holes drilled in them. I believe that Chevy Duty sells both re-lining felt and pre-lined channels. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. R.K.

    Hi Trusty,

Order the replacement felt, either the kit for the whole door or just the part for the division bar. The vent window will need to come out to clean all the crud and old felt from the channel. My replacement felt pretty much holds itself in place. You could add a dab or two of 3M weatherstrip adhesive, (sold here), if you feel it's too loose on it's own.
