65 GMC turnsignals

Hey all! I am really trying hard to find the plastic pieces that go on the front turnsignals on the hood. The GMC ones' are somehow put on (I don't even know how they go on) and I had to break the old ones off! Please help me!! Where can I find them?

it's one piece and snaps into place(two clips on top and two on bottom). you have to push on those clips from the inside while you pull on the light from the outside. yes, it's tricky. also good luck finding them. the best i've found where a used set for $75.

Does anyone have a picture of one of these units out of the truck? A buddy and I were trying to get his turnsignals loose and we couldn't see any clips. Needless to say we didn't get them out! Thanks for any help!
