I'm just starting a '66 C10 fleetside, short bed project. How low can I go using drop spindles / springs, front and back with out major mods/expense to the truck. I'm going disc conversion for sure.
    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks, great info..
I wonder how tall a tire I could actually go with this set up. I like the look of the front wheel above the fender line as the back is....

Welcome to the forum Rhill! Got any photos of your truck?

For what its worth: On my step-side I am running 33x12.5x15 rear tires, fronts are 235-75-R15. Unknown front drop (guesstimating 3") and a 4" rear drop. Check out my build thread below for additional information.

    McGaughy's worthy?

Ordered McGaughy's front disc brake conversion with drop spindles. I believe they lost my order. Now being shipped later than expected. kind of disappointing. I'm hoping they send the right stuff.
    Anyone else ever use them?
