I have the oppertunity to get a full 69 nova front clip with all the suspension and all but im not sure if will fit up to my truck? I know alot of guys use the camaro or the mustang II front end but has anyone used a nova front clip? if so how much of a pain was it and was there anything special you had to do to make it work? thanks Garett
Your pre 74 Nova clip will actually fit better in some ways than the camaro/firebird clip since the steering gear box is behind the front crossmember. The precedure for installing is very similar and if you google you will probably find several sites. We done several before I had a digital camera but the only digital pics I have showing one grafted to a bare frame are of the firebird/camaro. To be done right and look like it should is not a quick and easy job. Measure, measure, measure. Then measure once again. Not just with a tape but also with an angle guage and plumb bob. Good luck
