For those us us running the 73 - 87 IFS, CCP has designed a kit to help with wheel clearance. It pulls the wheels in an additional 1 1/8". If you've narrowed the crossmember 1 1/2" this will open up more options for wheel selection. It will work with the stock components or you can upgrade to larger rotors. I have get to follow up with a local builder who says he can shorten the A-arms. Not sure what he'd charge for that. But for now, I'm satisfied with mine the way it is.
