I have a '87 GMC 1 ton Crew Cab 4X4 for sale. It is my daily driver. In the past year I have done the following things to this solid truck: 1) New fuel injected 350 ci motor installed w/Headdman headders, new water pump and starter. Motor is still under warranty. 2) Turbo 400 transmission flushed and serviced. 3) Axles and transfercase drained, checked and serviced. 4) Brakes serviced, new pads up front and new RF rotor. 5) New radiator and hoses 6) New Power Steering Gearbox, pump, hoses. 7) New Warn hubs 8) New front wheel bearings 9) New Optima battery 10) New heater core and hoses 11) truck has 24K mi on a new set of Michelin 235/85/16 tires With the headders and a K&N air filter installed I usally get about 14-15 MPG unloaded. The truck has tall highway gearing in the axles. The four wheel drive works perfectly. I was going to paint it as it's a dark green color and GM white on the inside. The truck was owned by the British Columbia Forest Service before me which is the reason for the dark green paint. I figure I'll just let the next owner do the painting of thier choice of color. Body is in good shape, a few small dings and dents here and there. Windshield has a crack on the passenger side. This truck has been a great rig for me, and I would not hesitate to hop in it and drive across the country. Price is $5750. Located in Washington State.
