'89 GMC sh bed S15 truck, removing the bed

You can get it with two men put it is not easy. I would reccomend on person on each corner. I have taken off full sized beds with just two of us in the past. They weigh around 200lbs. A fifth person could also keep a eye out for anything that was missed during disassembly.
