I am working on rebuilding the front suspension on my 1966 C30. Are the lower ball joints press fit to the a-arms? I see no rivets holding them to the arms. Second question regards control arm bushings. I've done car suspension rebuilds before where this was a press fit into the arm but on my truck there is a hex nut at both ends. Can the shaft be removed by unthreading these nuts? Thanks for any help.

yes just unthread the nuts then you can remove the shaft and to my knowledge the lower balljoints are pressed in
