Accessories Question

    Does any body Know if there was an under the hood light accessorie for our trucks 47 to 54 and if so have a picture of what it looks like or possibly have one they might want to get rid of thanks for any input.

    Yes there was, it looked like a small shop light. I think it has a mercury switch.

    The under hood lamp that was specific to the trucks had a unique mounting bracket that was about 6" long.

    Joe there , prolly has or can find you one and save you time and $ searching....

    He's sold me N.O.S. Door latches and other hard to find items , give him a shout when looking for AD parts .

    First tine I fired up my ol gal it was dark and she coughed first spin an lit up all the leaky fuel out of the carby, it was nice and bright under the hood then, easy to work by that much light, wouldn't recommend having that sorta light on for too long tho:eek:

    I had a work light just like that, but it caused the paint to blister on my hood.
