    I have seen these much higher depending on the condition.

    Holy cow !

    I havew two of these inn far better condition sitting next to my stove.....

    One came with a $3.00 Rochester carby core I only bought for the bowden cable clamp bracket...

    Who knew ? these things barely filter anything , they're crap .

    Oil bath is the way to go.....

    I also have one of these outside in the weather on top an old 37 Chevy 2 dr with the original 216. I also have two that have a flat tube that runs from the carb across the valve cover to the oil bath cleaner on the other end which hangs under the flat tube. I know one came off a big truck but don't know if they are for heavy duty application or what.

    You really do need / want an oil bath one to protect your engine in this desert dust bowl we call home (So. Cal.) .

    Failing that , Po-mona or the Long Beach Swap (to-morrow !) is your freind....

    Yeah butt they look cool anyway.
    my 52 is a garage baby now and not a daily driver.

    Those are great, how did you fasten them to their bottom plate to cabby's?

    I welded a coupler nut to the inside of the upper half then used a piece of all thread and screwed it down in to the carb. Then just spin the upper half down on to the all thread....Big Tim :cool:
