Angled bed strips

The bed strips are rusted really badly on my 61 Apache. The middle strips are all bolted in but the angle strips on the side may be rusted on or may be welded on. I really don't know. Any idea how to break these things loose? There are no bolts going into the bed side that I can see and the ones going into where the wood used to be are just floating around hanging through the angle strip.

those side strips are spot welded on you could drill the spot welds out and take them off. then you could bolt thewm back in or use a mig welder and weld them back in.
