Getting ready to install the bed metal pieces (sides, front etc) and after looking through lots of threads and postings, still not exactly sure where each of the three cross sills go.

Got the wood blocks, rubber pads and hardware.

Additionally, how do the metal bed parts attach to the metal bed pieces, sides and front?

    Thank you in advance.

I think nobody replied because your question seems unclear. Can you be more Pacific? (That's a joke...because you probably live near Pacifica beach, yes?)

Pacifically, the metal cross pieces called sills. I want to make sure I have the correct ones, in the correct locations so I can install the pickup bed sides.

I have 2 cross sills. One looks obvious as to where it goes up by the cab. The other 2 I am less certain about.

Finally I've looked for diagrams etc but haven't seen how the front portion of the bed attaches to the front cross sill.

Therefore I have been asking for diagrams, detailed pictures.

    Thank you.

Question- how are the bed sides held on? They attach to the front panel and the front panel is held in place by bolts to the front cross sill, but the sides?

it's been quite a few years since I rebuilt the deck, but it looks like the side rails are held in place by carriage bolts that sandwich the decking thru to the cross rails. I seem to recall that the front rail was tack welded in place.
