    Hello there

Does anyone know if I can make a front seat from a 63 apache suburban fit to a 58 apache panel truck
I can buy one but I'am not sure if I can make it fit properly
because the 60-66 had the independent suspension with the lowered cab for easier access
I do not know if they are wider or have a bump cutout

I realy want to have one because there not liyng around much with the folding passengerseat.
I now have the regular seat of a regular cab
That only folds a bit for getting somethings from the gastankhardwarebox

It will give a bit of originality to the truck
I show you the pictures I got from the seller
And the pictures from the original seats

    Hello Nate

I took these pictures from another truck(napco!!!)
It would be my dream to find a pair of those nearby.
As I told in the thread: I now have a regular seat from a stepside truck in my panel.
One with a folding seat would make the acces to back way easyer.
Funny thing is:these are from a suburban 6door,but as it was a ambulance it has a folding passenger seat that I do like to have
But the cab's are quite different from the 60-66 era
So I hoped anyone could tell me if the are easy to make fit in my 58 panel truck

Bytheway: it allways is a sorry site to see a classic truck beeing torn apart
But living in de lowlands(read wetlands) near the sea really eats them up quick
so some are so badly rotted out,its good they are used to keep us on the road
    Thanks
    Tony

    Good Work !

I know what you mean Tony ~

I grew up Down East and the salt ate everything up in 3 ~ 5 years.......

Lotta good , low mileage rigs were scrapped that still ran fine .

a 60/40 Ambulance seat will make a good rig for you .
