Every Christmas since about 1970 we have done something for someone or some group in need, always auto related. This year our shop girl, Holly, suggested we do something for several rather than just one and that is to assemble Christmas presents with wheels. Announcements will be made at the local churches and I'm wondering if we will be swamped with bikes, trikes, scooters, wagons, etc. I have found the best way to assemble things is to throw the directions away and look at the picture but still a bit edgy wondering if we will get dozens or even more. Fortunately Trenton has a population of just over 600 but I hope everyone doesn't tell friends from other areas. I guess a little worry is on my mind. The crew has volunteered to work the weekend before Christmas or until all are assembled.

Once again , your generosity and kindness is terrific .

So many don't have the natural ability with tools most here do so what you're doing is a serious gift to many Parents and Care Givers .

Only four jobs; a fire truck, a covered wagon, a drone, and a powered scooter. Three single moms and a guy with such low mechanical ability that he would need instructions on how to put a key in a lock. He's probably a cracker jack CPA so it's each to his own. The drone got the most attention and had to be "tested" several times. The trickiest was the bows and cloth on the covered wagon top.
