Attaching a Stake-Body Platform

We are rebuilding a 1966 C-20. We have its factory stake-body platform, but it was detached from the frame long ago, and we can't figure out how it should be re-assembled. Also, what type of bumper and tail-lights were used? Does anyone have illustrations or details of 60-66 stake-body Chevys? Thanks.

Were you ever able to find plans for the stake bed, dimensions, bumper, and tail lights, etc? We're working on a 64 C20 Stake Bed restoration, and would like to buy or have someone fabricate the flat bed portion with stake pockets, and ribbed outer bed frame, etc, like OEM. So far, can't find any shop that says they can do it, but at least one has asked if we could provide a blueprint. Anyone out there have any info that can help?
