Pick-A-Part's annual 1/2 price sale will be on Thursday , January 1st. 2009 from 07:00 ~ 15:45 , only at the Peck Road in Monrovia and Milliken in Ontarion Ca. locations , $5.00 entrance fee , all parts 50 % off plus the core charge...

It's a GREAT time to buy that roaring 292 engine you've been lusting for , or that Slip 'N Slide Powerglide you spotted..... for ' the right price ' .

I won't be there so have fun shoppers .

Nate, we have a pick a part place in the Dallas area that is $25 for anything you can carry out by hand. I have never been there but some of the guys go there and say it's unbelievable what some can carry out. I think they get about 100 fresh cars a day and when one comes through the gate I think it's like the Wall Mart where the poor guy got trampled to death. The guys like to take my nephew with them because when he stakes out a car all others give it a wide berth. Here he is standing by a Model A coupe that you can see isn't down on the floor. He's going to be big when full grown.
