They are scarce enough that we usually just convert three speed manual shift columns. First pull the four screws out of the cover on the selector box, wipe off grease, pull up on shifter to put tang into top shifter slot and tack with welder. Now put your trans in park (shifter arm on side of trans all the way clockwise) and place the shifter on the column where you want it when in park. Measure from hole in shift arm at bottom of column to hole in trans shifter arm and use a 5/16 or 3/8 rod to make a shift link. Done. Some worry about a lack of an indicater but with very little driving time you will start in park and drop into drive without having to count "clicks". If the shifter arm on the trans does not have the hole in the correct position tack an arm of 3/16x1" strap to it that sets about 45 degrees above horizontal and that will work. Here is a pic of one using the factory 3 speed converted like this. the 1st and reverse arm has been removed and the starter button has the ignition switch "start" wire passing through it so it will only start in park.
