Hello Again I recently Bought a little rusty but fix able 88 GMC Sub1/24x4 ton good engine fair tranz
And my Wonderful Awsome loving wife, looking Over shoulder, Blew the rear end, chuncks went through cover. How doI figure out the ratio to order the correct parts. Door tag faded glove box vage what should I look for

ps married 11 years I've had 3 trucks one she rolled and one she through a rod in.

She's had one 77 jeep cherokee blew two engines,
one 88 sho Tranz gone, one 82 toronado blew engine, one 94 taurus blew tranz one 77 subaru blew engine. I thought this urban assault vehical would last a little longer. help me please

You should have 10 bolts front and rear.

Most common gear ratios were 3.08, 3.73, and 4.10:1. If you don't see any numbers like that in the glove box you might have to pull the cover and look on the ring gear.

Thank for the reply But It looks like more than just the rear end is bad Transfer case wont shift either I did get a 92 Caprice Classic for 2 hundred buck needs engine looks like it will recive the sub engine and the suburban will be blended into a delivery truck, 77 panel details to fallow. must have custom truck
