Hi lookin for a little advice for a 1951 3100 with a small block.. The battery has one wire that goes straight to the alt should there be a circuit breaker in line on this type of setup ? ....If so what size breaker should be used ? Seems a little strange to be like that... Thanks for any advice
You don't need a breaker, but make sure that wire is a heavy gauge wire, like 10 gauge and is tied up or loomed so it doesn't get damaged and shorted out......Big Tim
