beer keg gas tank

does anyone know how to make one of these bad boys? would like to find some form of plans or somethin on one

 

Have never seen plans but there are some nice aluminum tanks made by RCI. They are on ebay all the time. Just do a search for rci tank and you can see a few different sizes.
