We went to "Classy Chassic" 2007, a vintage auto show today benefiting United Cerebral Palsy. I had the time of my life, Bill lived the time of his life too. The difference was that I went and lived through the great autos represented there, Bill lived through his beautiful little granddaughter, who is afflicted with CP. I was fortunate enough to meet her and trust me, she's one in a million! She loves her grandpa! We drooled over about 100+ Concours 100+ cars and I realized just how damned lucky I am to be here.

Bill, thank you for letting me share the day with you and yours, God bless you and your family, and believe me, when i say, "If there is anything that I can ever do for you or yours, you let me know, because i'll be there for you! God bless you, my friend!

I talked Ken into driving AND he paid for the parking. Doesn't get a lot better than that.

That's not the same 235 that I saw! Yours looked better because of the sentimental value of it.;)

    The "Blue Flame" 150

That 235 was nestled under the hood of a '54 Corvette. Man, what a beauty!

Wow ~ you don't often see those vented rockerboxes anymore as they dribble oily fumes all over the place .

That looks sweet to me .

Are you kidding me a 54 vette. WOW, the only thing better would have been a 53. I've only seen 2 53's. I saw car 1 at the vette plant in bowling green and the other one at a place called quaker steak. It's a resteraunt in cleveland ohio that has an all original 53 vette on a four post lift for every one to view. It is a full functioning car that you could take it down and drive any where in the country. What a beautiful sight.

'54 as I live and breathe!

No offense to you 350 crate motor boys, but if i had more money than sense, i'd put that Blue Streak 150 in my AD any day. I was more impressed with the engine than i was with the 'vette!

    Right ON !

Ya know , all you needs do is swap in a 261 camshaft with aluminum timing gear and do some really basic head work , triple carbys & split exhaust header and bingo ~ your full pressure 235 *is* a Blue Flame Corvette engine.....

There's not a lot to making the 235 a real stormer , it just takes ca$h and time .
