I also have this problem. there doesnt seem to be any way to access the bolts from the cab. Does anyone know if they thread into a welded bolt? Anyone else have this problem?

Well this is not good.Means you broke the welded nut in the floor.
If the bolt come out it not to bad depends how ruty there are. You will need to wet them down with as much PB blaster & let them soak a must air and a big breaker bar if need. But try not to break the bolts take your time if it does not want to come or move stop re lube let sit some more . what a few cans of PB blaster spry to save the work of cutting floor re-welding it and welding a nut in there to. Mine are rusty and old up here. I sure there more then a few that will jump in on give your tips & info.

I think im going to have to cut holes in the floor, because im going to have to get a new nut in there anyways for the body lift. I cant see any other way around it, i spun one, maybe the other 3 will come...but i doubt it. I was going to cut a 1 1/2 to 2 inch hole above each nut fix the problem and use a plastic plug to fill the hole.
