body swap

    I have a 1964 1 ton pannel. The body is bad enough that I am considering swaping the pannel body for a regular pick up body. The pannel seems to be extra long, not very pretty. Is the frame of the pannel the same of a long wheel base pick up trucks?:)

    Short bed wheelbase is 115" and longbed is 127" It's probably 127" wheelbase.

    As far as I can tell, my 64 C10 panel has the same frame as the C10 pickup. There may be slight differences when it comes to the bed mounts, but I'll bet good money that the mount holes are there for the bed...
