I was having problems with my brake pedal shaft rubbing against the floor board when the pedal was about 85% pressed. I ajusted the master cylinder thread but it was still rubbing. I finally made the hole in the floor about 1/16" bigger and it solved the problem. I have much better brake pressure now as I can finally fully press the break pedal when bleeding the brakes. Has anybody else had this problem, and what would have caused it. Everything was stock. It seems like the rub had gotten worse over the last 5 years before making the hole bigger.

Sounds like the cab could have shifted a little or the brake pedal shaft could have moved on the arm, they are just bolted together....

When I had that problem, my cab mounts had settled. New rubbers fixed it up.
