Some time ago, I posted a question about how to get the "brake shoe foot" off the front axle. The drivers side backed right out, but, the passenger side just would not come out. (There's always one...)
Impact wrench wouldn't budge it.
Solution: Oxygen/Acetylene torch....get the rod the bolt is in glowing hot and shazaaam, the shoe foot backs right out.
Downside: grease does burn
Have a fire extinguisher close at hand.
