    Trying to clean up a bit before the winter weather and have several to make a decision on. One is a 65 short step side with disc front cross member, top drip rail removed and welded but not ground, doors converted to suicide, all patch panels professionally installed, electric everything, very good fenders and bed, no hood. Work was halted when divorce happened and owner moved. I think the alterations, especially the suicide doors are going to limit it's appeal to just a few so making a parts truck out of it is probably the thing to do. One way it goes to a new home and the other way it goes to my storage yard but either way it's gone from the parking area. Opinions please, thank you;
    Evan

    PICTURES?
    I would like to see pictures of this '65 project truck. The choice to go to suicide doors on anything that recent is unfortunate, at least IMO. Can't imagine why anyone would do that.
    Post up some pics., along with a price. Might solve your problem, right here.
    Steve.

    Steve,
    Probably shouldn't post a bunch of pics on the forum site but will do a couple. Took 13 so pretty much everything is shown. Maybe a few at a time would be ok. IMG_3942.JPG IMG_3944.JPG IMG_3948.JPG IMG_3952.JPG IMG_3940.JPG IMG_3945.JPG

    I hate to say it, but, it looks to me like a part-out would net more $$$.
    Such a shame...

    Bed looks to be in good shape. You might be surprised on the cab, I'd suggest posting an ad over at C10 Forum - Powered by vBulletin

    Why suicide doors Steve? Well, if the cab was closer to Colorado and I had my shop done I'd say I want it to make this photochop a reality:

    It's...a CABOVER!!!
    I still lean forward in the seat of anything I drive, thanks to the early years driving a cabover.

    As they used to say about cabovers, "You'll be first on the scene of the accident".

    Don't just say no,....SCREAM OUT,... NO!!!

    Steve.
