Bumpers

I want to add chrome front a rear bumpers to my 1979 GMC 4x4. I can find ones in better condition for the mid to late 80's. Will they fit my 79'? I know I can buy news ones from Chevy Duty, but I live north of the 49th so shipping and duties make it almost cost prohibitive.

The front bumpers run like this 73-80, 81-82, 83-87, the rears where different, step side bumpers are 73-87, the fleet side rear bumpers where 73-80, then 81-87.
