Cab Mounts

My 1960 short box has no front cab mounts on the frame or the cab. Can any one help with some pictures. I can fab them myself, just need some pics and anformation on where to put them. Previous owner filled all the holes for the front mounts. Here is a picture of the rear cab mounts. The front cab mounts are 90$ from LMC. Cheaper if i make them.
