Cab removed

Looking for help . I removed my cab from my 1949 3100 and the front cab mounts are pretty rotted away. Can someone tell me is there supposed to be something between the large washer in the cab and the cab support channel welded to the bottom of the cab? Wasn't sure if there is a rubber bushing inside or something. I know there is a thin rubber pad that the cab sits on . Thanks Jim
