On my previous street rods, a 37 Ford coupe and a 49 Studebaker truck, I added a custom touch by installing different tail lights, etc. Now I've got the urge to do something custom on my 66 C-10 Fleetside. While rummaging through junk in the attic, I found these hood scoops that I bought at a swap meet about 20 years ago. I don't know what they came off of but I think they might go nicely on my 66 hood. Can anyone tell me what car they came from? It probably doesn't matter much, but it would be nice to know.

WOW! You are like a car detective. Those on the ebay ad don't have the original gaskets and metal surrounds like mine. Maybe I shouldn't put fender louvers on my hood...huh. I took a close look at them a minute ago and sure enough one is part number 14011723 LH and the other is 14011724 RH. Maybe I should sell them on Ebay and use the money for my new guages. I think I bought them at the Pomona Car/Swap meet in the late 80's. I'm sure I didn't pay over $20 for the pair. (Cause I was cheap even back then).
I graduated from high school a few years before these cars were new, and I'm a Chevy guy... so Z/28's of that era are burned into my brain
