carburetor to fuel injected?

how much of a pain in the ass would it be to switch from the carburated 305 to a fuel injected 350? anyone ever do this before?

I just converted my 350 to the FAST EZ-EFI system. It runs and idles great. Very easy to do just follow instructions.
