I visited the Chevy Duty store in Kansas City on December 19. What great service! I walked in the door late in the afternoon with a list of 47 items and said I don't have much time. Within 20 minutes they had my order filled minus 2 back orders and was told they will send the backorders to me with no shipping charges when those pieces become available. The guy who waited on me (sorry, I didn't get his name) even threw in a Chevy Duty T-shirt! I was very impressed with the personal service I received and just wanted everyone elso to know about it.
