I'm using an S-10 frame under mine. I know that some people have used just the front as a sub frame but I used to whole thing. I know that Nova front ends and mustang II front ends are very popular and work well under street rods.

    IFS On An AD

If you look back in older posts , there's an article on bolting on a later
GM IFS to an AD chassis .

Most of the guys I know , used AMC Pacer IFS as it fits easier and allows the engine to sit lower , creating a better CG .

Me , i'M DRIVING MY '49 WITH 100 % stock front end components and I put on WAY more miles than any hot rod I know...
