The windshield and back glass has a section missing from the weather stripping at the bottom center. Is there a metal clip that is supposed to be there or has the gasket shrunk?
This is on my 1964 short narrow bed C10 pickup.

There is a peice of rubber that goes in that space were the two ends meet. If the seal needs to be replaced then I would worry about it. It just helps to seal it off.

Welcome to the form, the answer to your question is the gasket has shrunk,as far as I know there is no metal clip. Our host here Chevy Duty has the gasket in their catalog at a reasonable price.;-)

The band aid I used on mine till I change the glass was putting a piece of masking tape on the outside of the gasket and then I filled it with black silicone and smoothed it over on the inside. You don't even know it's there unless I point it out. Of course my truck is not a work of art at this time, just a project to keep me from chasing skirts as I tell my wife.:7
