    Texas Style for sure

It's about 40 right now, but it was 75 yesterday, go figure

It's suposed to be cold tonight but warmer tomorrow. I just wish I could make the money forcasters do for guessing and being as wrong as they are, as often as they are.

If my success rate was like theirs is, id a been fard yisterday

Anyway, stoke up the heater for tommorow, it'll be a good weather day at least inside the shop :)

Man, i had to put my jacket on that reading your post. We're supposed to get to 32 tonight, but gradually warming back into the low 70's next week with lows in the mid 40's. I've said for years now that i will not live in a place that has winters colder than the temperature i like to drink my beer at!:D

The high today was in the upper 20's for us and when I left for work this morning at 6:30, it was a chilly 8 degrees. I hate the cold weather. Even if it was in the 80's I couldn't work on mine right now. It's 2 hours away, plus dad was admitted to the hospital tonight. Not to worry though he has a kidney stone and he is heavily medicated right now. He said he would get mad if I drove all the way in to see him for that, but he'll just have to get mad.:D I told him it couldn't be much wrong with him because we have cars to finish building!

Give him my best and tell him to save a couple of hours this spring for me to visit with him! I might even take him to Patti's for supper!

Sounds like a plan to me. Just let me know when you want to come down and I'll make sure I'm off that weekend. You're always welcome to our house, Ken.

This morning it was 4 degrees F windchill. Actual temp when I went out at 5:30 was 10degrees F. Two weeks ago we had record highs, now we have record lows and some school closings due to snow and ice.
I love it here though. It is my home.

Woke up this morning to 17 degrees with the RealFeel at 8 degrees. Don't know about this RealFeel deal ? That is the new Hot term on the weather here. Did feel warmer after getting the morning paper and having Allen Iverson being traded on the front page. Real warms up a Philadelphia sports fans heart. I am sitting here in my boxers-(That is a visual isn't it ?) Any way enjoy the warm you guy's in Texas I will just strap in for the winter up here in the North

Record high, record high, record high, record low, record low, record low... It's now been 9 days where we haven't made it past 34 degrees--- That's after never making it below 29 degrees since last winter. Guess we had this coming...
Hey Steve, do you happen to know one hell of a carpenter by the name of Ken Hakun? He lives over in Birchrunville west of Philly by about 40 miles? Just thought I'd ask- he's been a friend of mine since our USAF days back in the late 70's. It's amazing what a small world this is sometimes.
The GOOD thing about the cold is you really don't know how bad you bashed your knuckles until you thaw.

Around 48F (8C to us) today in England. We haven't had any real cold weather at all this Autumn - maybe a couple of mornings in the low 30's early last month was about it. We've had plenty of rain and high wind though.

Seems like we don't get winters like we used to. I can't think when we last had any real snow. The last four or five years we get maybe one or two days of snow, then it's way back above freezing. I think we've moved into the Tupperware era - I mean our winter skies must be what the world looks like if you live inside a Tupperware container with the lid on.

Crazy weekend. Woke up to 36 degrees-(RealFeel 33 degrees) Already up to 46 degrees-(RealFeel 45 degrees) on it's way to 55 degrees. Already feel my head cold coming on. Weather is so up & down no wonder everyone is sick. Anyway truck sitting today getting ready for a Eagles party at a friends. Ya we still have a party get used to it being a Philadelphia sports fan. Is a good excuse to have a couple cold Lagers.

Hey Zig, have your Cheifs come down here and play the Texans. They managed once again, to grasp defeat out of the jaws of victory!
