column shift linkage

For the time being i wanna keep my 3 speed column shifter. I was wondering if anyone knew if there were anything i could put in for the rubber grommets on the top and bottom of the linkage? Also, is there any place that can restore the things at the bottom of the column that move with the linkage between 1st and reverse and 2nd and 3rd?
