convert 57 small window to big wind

I'm currently fixing up a small rear window 57 but I can get my hands on a poor big window cab. The rear of the cab and big window are in good shape. I'm thinking about using the parts one to convert mine. Has anyone done this? I'm not sure where to start cutting.

There's a good article in the magazine "Classic Trucks" - the October 2004 edition. It's for a 56 Ford, but still, pretty much the same thing.
