    But ....

    It is 2 cycle, not 4 cycle like most modern engines. See time = 3:43 where crank to cam gears are installed. Gear ratio is 1:1 not 2:1.

    Its "fuel" is compressed air from an external source.

    A guy on the HAMB site made a miniature 302 Ford V8 that has all the parts and functions of a full sized 4 cycle engine. He needs to have a dime or something in the pictures for perspective because the 1 inch bore pistons and tiny rods look exactly like someone took a picture of full sized ones.
