I was wondering if the dash from an '81-'87 would fit on a '76. I like the speaker cutouts that are on the '81 dash, and want to put it in my truck. There's no such thing as too many speakers, right?
I would think under the dash is similar, but most speakers aren't deeper than 3 inches so you should be able to mod the dash to make speakers fit under the dashpad speaker openings (in the event that the speaker loactions on your truck don't match the newer pad).
