    Hello,
I have ask one threat ago that I had have problems with the oil pressure cause the ball in the relief valve was missing. I had put another ball in the oil pump with a diameter of 10mm.
My question is, does anybody know how tall is the ball in the oil pump for 235 cui engine?
My second question is, is there a special order to pull the screws of the manifold?
    Ask

    Manifold Fasteners

    Removing them ,no worries .

Re-installing is very important ! tighten from the center and work outwards , going back and forth...

Remember : at each end is a stud , NOT a fastener ! if there's nuts or bolts used on the first or last , the exhaust manifold WILL break .

Someone will prolly come along shortly and explain this better than I have .

I was told that no bolts were used on the ends was so the metal could expand, since the manifold is a two piece assembly. It may or may not be true but thats what i was told 30 some tears ago.

    Correct !

And the ' tears ' part comes after some DIY'er puts bolts in the ends when they install a spiffy cherry dual outlet exhaust manifold and it cracks into two pieces..... .

    I've seen quite a few thus .
